Es la primera vez que estuve. Mi habitación estuvo limpia. Sencilla nada que destacar. El servicio estuvo bien. El personal que me tocó esa noche muy serio. No hubo mal trato, pero poco expresivo el personal. Los precios se me hicieron baratos. Así que diría que es buen lugar.
volví acudir al otro día, Y me volvió a gustar solo que hay problemas con pago con tarjeta y jamás me llevaron mis toallas me gusto porque dan sandalias, para lustrar el calzado lo malo fueron que jamas me llevaron mis toallas que porque las estaban lavando y el colchón con el hule si es molesto deberían de poner cubre colchón ya que no se descansa igual y se escucha mucho

Excelente lugar para cuando tengas tiempo o no precisamente sino que simplemente vallas de paseo por las pirámides de Teotihuacan te recomiendo el hotel motel para descansar. Por que?,porque de ahí a las pirámides sólo son 15 minutos y en dicho hotel, los costos por habitación son accesibles comparados con los que hay en pirámides . Si es que quieres economizar un poco.
Limpio, pero toallas estaban muy viejas casi se rompían
Ya había venido y el servicio era mejor pero creo que va empeorando ahora ni toallas tiene el servicio lugar más sucio
